Steven Hicks is the founder of a Minneapolis-based concrete and coatings company he built into a multi-million dollar operation, serving residential and commercial clients nationwide before successfully exiting as a platform at nearly 10x.

 

Today, he also works within the private equity space through M&A sourcing, operational advisory, and platform development across the concrete and coatings industry. What set his company apart wasn’t just growth — it was the systems behind it.
